SmartGov is a General Services Administration pr0gram that tracks and promotes smart card technology in the government. The site contains hundreds of links to government and industry sites, and a listing of current smart card applications under development by federal and state governments. This site features an online multimedia presentation with streaming audio and vector-based animation.
